Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data
Review the analysis and interpretation of others’ work
Oversee ad-hoc client and operational reports developed and presented by others
Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning
Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
Perform database management using programs such as Access, SAS, Excel is desired

Required Qualifications:

5+ year of experience as a Business Analyst
5+ years of experience gathering formal requirements from the client/business and documenting them in a clear concise fashion
5+ years’ experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required to include Excel (Pivot Tables / Formulas etc.), Access and PowerPoint
Excellent ability to communicate trends and analysis, both verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues and Sr Management
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
Ability to research conflicting and/or inaccurate data and draw accurate conclusions from the data
Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business or Health Administration is desired, MBA is preferred
Healthcare Industry experience
SAS experience is highly desired
