This is a full-time position wth the following tentative shifts available:
- Day Shift, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
- Split Shift, Mon - Fri, 7am - 11am & 3pm - 7pm
- Day Shift, Wed - Sun, 8am - 5pm
- Overnight Shift, Days may vary during the week
- Providing caregiving services to new clients and transitioning care to a long-term CAREGiver
- Training CAREGivers on Activities of Daily Living as needed
- Assistance with quality assurance visits
- Maintain ongoing communication and consistent follow-up with the office staff regarding client care
- Work with other team members to coordinate various aspects of a client's care
- Lead and facilitate CAREGivers meetings
- Demonstrate open and effective communication with clients, family members, the franchise owner, colleagues and CAREGivers
- Conduct intial client/CAREGiver introduction for clients
- Maintain compliance with Company training standards
- Lead and facilitate new CAREGiver training modules
- Be professional, compassionate, and patient
- Ability to treat and care for disabled individuals and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance, must be able to drive
- Must have an understanding of and uphold the policies and procedures established by Prescott Sanchez, Inc., (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise)
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
- Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
- Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
- Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies and procedures
- Must demonstrate knowledge of the senior care industry
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work
- Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with the franchise owner, office colleagues, CAREGivers and the community
- Must have the ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be patient and congenial on the telephone
- Must have the availability to work evenings or weekends as required
- Must have the ability to perform duties in a professional office setting
- Must have the ability to work as a part of a team and be flexible
- CNA, LVN, MA or DSP license or minimum two years CAREGiving experience
