Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in Philadelphia, PA! Job Responsibilities: * Compose correspondence on administrative matters and general office policies for supervisor's approval. * Prepare materials needed by supervisor for conferences, appointments, meetings and telephone calls. * Prepare reports and summaries. * Advise secretaries on new procedures. * Request information needed for special conferences, reports or other inquiries. * Assist with hiring activities. * Assist with various administrative duties. Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED * 5+ years of administrative experience required. * Office coordinator experience, including answering phones and making copies. * Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint * Must be highly organized. Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday Contract Length: Six (6) months Pay: $19.00/hour.
