Provider Outreach (Pharmacy Support)

We are currently seeking Provider Outreach Representatives.

We are looking for someone with experience inside of Healthcare, dealing with providers directly.

In this role you will be the liason between the Audit team and the insurance provider. You will be retrieving additional information needed for claims. You will be verifying insurance codes, patient information and making sure eligibility information is entered correctly and accurately.

Must have:
Medical office experience with provider interaction.
OR Pharmacy experience with provider interaction.
OR medical billing, coding or claims adjustment or adjudicaiton experience.
Telephone communication skills (handle escalated situations, resolve escalated issues or predict issues before they occur).
Microsoft Excel experience (excel is used as the que)
