Aerotek is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be taking on the role as a Client Relations Advocate for a certification institute.

This person will be responsible for the following:

-Taking 100+ calls regarding questions people might have about specific training or courses needed to complete for a certain certification

-This person will be responsible for getting the question answered or problem solved with 1 phone call

-Responsible for engaging with customer/client consistently and acting as a consultant

MUST HAVE:

  • 2 years of inbound call center experience
  • Interest in Human Resources
  • Strong ability to solve problems ASAP without a script
  • Excellent references on customer service
  • Flexibility with hours (11:30am-8:00pm)
