The Lead Night Auditor supervises all night audit functions and ensures accurate reporting of revenue for the hotel and retail areas, while supervising the work of a group of direct reports; 3 night auditors.  As the Lead Night Auditor, you are additionally responsible for training, scheduling and reviewing performance management and evaluations of night audit staff, as well as disciplinary issues as necessary. This individual also acts as a liaison between Accounting and the Night Audit staff, as well as the corporate accounting team, and must be able to work during the hours of 11pm- 7am, 6 days/week. He or she is also responsible for other duties as assigned.

The “must haves” for this position include:

  • Previous experience as a Night Auditor, or similar position
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

  • Valid US Driver’s License

Our season typically runs from mid-May through early October.
