A Medical/Dental Device company located in the Mountlake Terrace,WA area is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.
Pay: $14-$16
Respnosbilities
-Work in a fast paced environment
-Comfortable with a high volume on inbound calls
-Handle payment calls and any product questions (delivery status, re-order, new sale)
-Looking for an effective communicator
-Will need to explain auto warranty renewal process to customers
-Need to be comfortable handling upset customers too
