Job Description:
-Be involved with troubleshooting anything from a toilet to a Fanuc robot
- Although this is a Union environment, technicians are involved in all aspects of maintenance
- This person will be asked to preform troubleshooting and repairs on hydraulics, pnuematics, conveyors, rollers, TBM (tire building machines), and gear boxes
- They will also be asked to get involved with troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues 220-480 volts
- There will be times that they will be required to perform preventative maintenance throughout a shift if there is no machine down
This facility also has FANUC robots and PLC-driven machines. Any experience with those is a huge plus but not required. If a candidate does not have their journeyman's card; the Union and the company will send the individual to school to obtain one.
This position is a direct placement and requires at least 3 years' experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting.
Candidates must be willing to submit to a drug and background screening.
