POSITION SUMMARY:

Plans, administers, directs, coordinates and montiors the operations of the front-end department within the store. Follows all policies and procedures and makes sure other team members within the department are following the correct guidelines. Administers disciplinary action for any team member who may require it.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Maintain and supervise Front End Standards.
  • Schedule Front End personnel within alloted labor budget.
  • Ensure accuracy and security of all cash handling.
  • Ensure training of all Front End personnel.
  •  Perform reviews on Front End personnel.
  •  Ensure staff is trained in customer service expectations and procedures

Requirements

Miniumum of 1 Year Front End Manager Experience or 2-3 Years of Lead Cashier experience or equivalent.
