FORTUNE 500 COMPANY is hiring for a Merchandise/Operations Coordinator for the fashion ecommerce department!

Requirement:
- Fashion retail background
- Retail, merchandise, or operations experience
- Excel skills
- Problem solving skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Partners with the Planning Team.
- Knowledge of fabric; look ar garments.
- Support management of department with daily duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers.
- Daily oversee, organize and plan operation associates for steaming function for all bays.
- Assisting with merchandise coordination for photo shoots.
- Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area.
- Understanding all aspects of prepping/styling.
- Maintaining the integrity of products while prepping and repackaging.
- Problem solve and identify areas which can be streamlined and automated.
- Able to work with asset management software for both inbound and outbound functions.
