About this job
- Transport product from restaurant to guest's home or business within GPI standard service times.
- Present product at guest's home or business in compliance with GPI standards.
- Collect money from customers and make change if needed.
- Responsible for cashing out driver bag and following cash procedures.
- Clean and restock delivery station.
- Perform all Back of House job functions as needed (see job description).
- Perform all bus/dish duties as needed (see bus/dish job description).
- Other duties as needed for restaurant to run efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age with access to an insured vehicle
- Must have a valid state issued driver's license and auto insurance
- Must be an approved driver under GPI standards
- Must be able to arrive at the store at the scheduled time and maintain reasonable attendance at work.
- Must be able to read, speak, write and communicate effectively at the work location.
- Basic math skills required
- Must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests.
- May need to lift food items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- May require Food Handler’s permit.
