Position Summary: In this position the Human Resources Coordinator provides high-quality service for employees, candidates and vendors and also acts as our HR system administrator. Human Resources Responsibilities: * Schedule candidate interviews in a timely and accurate manner while coordinating multiple calendars * Conduct heavy volume of candidate references by phone * File confidential documents * Assist with new hire orientation and on-boarding of new hires by creating the required documents * Perform group data updates in the HR system (ADP) in an accurate and timely manner * Support daily/weekly processes, transactions, mass changes, data entry, and reports as needed * Oversee employee perks, gym membership enrollments and usage * Maintain Safety & Emergency binder updates/distribution * Maintain a positive work atmosphere that strengthens the team * Other reception/administrative/human resources duties as assigned Front Office Responsibilities: * Greet & direct front lobby walk-in traffic * Distribute mail * Maintain front office organization * Answer phones and email correspondence with professional communication etiquette * Order and maintain inventory of office supplies Qualifications: * Associates degree in related field OR 2+ years of directly related human resources experience * 2+ years' experience in a Human Resources role handling confidential information * Must have knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System preferably (Jobvite) * Must have working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems, preferably ADP * Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point * Familiarity with Google Docs and Scheduling * Must have excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently * Must be a team player with the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task * Attention to detail is a must * Ability to work independently, prioritize work well and make good decisions on the fly * A hard-working, self-starter work approach * Great attitude and flexibility Hours/Info: Full-Time Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Employees will be subject to a background check and drug screening This job description describes general information about the position however should not be considered comprehensive.
