We are expanding and hiring both full and part time people immediately. You can start working this week! Sears Maid Service cleaning Specialists are responsible for cleaning homes and businesses according to company specifications and ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied with the work that was completed.
Company car provided for travel to jobs but you must have your own transportation to get to the office in Walkersville, MD.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: This is a daytime position so you must have daycare in place to be available for work if that is an issue for you. Must have a phone that you answer when being called by work. Must be dependable and show up for work every day that you are scheduled. Must have a Valid ID and be a U.S. Citizen. Must pass a background check. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to reach, balance, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, crawl, stand, climb, and walk for up to eight hours per day. Ability to use up to forty pounds of force frequently and lesser amounts constantly to move objects. Must wear the Sears Maid Service uniform while on company time.

Compensation: 50% commission when working alone or 25% commission when working with 1 other person on all jobs with guaranteed minimums + travel pay. Weekly compensation and hours vary depending on customer needs and your availability.
