Server – Summary of Position

The server plays a leading role in developing positive, lasting guest relationships by consistently delivering an excellent dining experience. As the direct link between the guest and the restaurant, it is primarily the server’s responsibility to ensure that each guest enjoys all aspects of their meal. All employees are held to high expectations; it is the server’s responsibility to know the menus inside and out, play an integral part in the financial results of the position, contribute to running side-work, and be self-motivated to go above and beyond our set of standards.

The setting is sleek, contemporary, upbeat and playful featuring rich wood and earth tones and stylish, comfortable seating.

 

Food & Menu – Highlights

Menu highlights include The Zinburger with Manchego Cheese & Zinfandel Braised Onions; The Samburger with Applewood Smoked Bacon, American Cheese & Thousand Island Dressing; and the Kobe Burger with Vermont Cheddar & Wild Mushrooms. Side selections include generous portions of Hand-cut Fries; Sweet Potato Fries with Yogurt Dressing; and Zucchini Fries with Parmesan & Ranch. Market fresh salads selections include the Chopped Wedge with Applewood Smoked Bacon & Cowboy Ranch Dressing; and Roasted Chicken Salad with Organic Greens, Pomegranate, Marcona Almonds & Goat Cheese Dressing.  And for dessert - a delicious array of hand-dipped old fashioned milkshakes and floats.

We feature a full bar with cocktails, 21 wines by glass, and 17 localized beer selections with 8 of these on tap.
