Role Description

The LatAm Vaccines/Oncology Director is the strategic client partner and BAI lead to the Regional Presidents for LatAm Vaccines and Oncology and their respective regional marketing teams. He / she will be an innovative thought partner to the region, bringing business solutions through core analytic skills, leading work through the BAI extended team and collaborations with the BAI COE. The lead proactively will evaluate opportunities and work to progress key strategies into action plans and evaluations.

Responsibilities

* Be the BAI Client Partner to the RPs and Regional Marketing Teams for LatAm Vaccines and Oncology; proficient in analytics and able to represent all BAI services and align BAI priorities to leadership priorities and deliver

* Lead the delivery of BAI services that optimize promotional messaging and tactical deployment for the Regional Marketing Teams and Countries.

* Deliver healthcare & customer landscape insights to the marketing teams and drive analytics-based recommendations to actions

* Work across BAI teams to deliver ROI and resource allocation recommendations to influence the allocation of capital across the LatAm Vaccines and Oncology businesses

* Execute and innovate approaches to product forecasts in collaboration with Finance, BAI global team and COE to identify opportunities

* Measure performance of the products & the portfolio and facilitate discussions among commercial team to form planned actions based on performance outcomes

* Lead BAI colleagues across reporting lines in the capacity of client partner to address local business issues

Qualifications

* Master's level (or higher); quantitative background preferred

* 10+ years experience in business analytics function, country strategy and/or strategic consulting

* Senior Stakeholder management experience required

* Experience in oncology and /or vaccines is beneficial
