Sodexo is currently seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 for a new healthcare account in the Miami, FL area. This is a large healthcare facility.
The successful candidate will manage a team of housekeepers. This position supports the EVS/custodial service and the hospital mission by providing leadership for our employees in the delivery of safe, clean environment for our patients, customers as well as hospital employees in a variety of settings. Preferred candidates will have management experience in Environmental Services, Hotels, Housekeeping, and/or Custodial Services, with excellent customer service skills along with strong computer skills desired
The ideal candidate for this position will:

We are in search of a self -motivated leader with the desire to deliver outstanding results for the organization. The ability to motivate and inspire staff to exceed expectations is a desired characteristic for this manager. Must be able to drive HCAHPS results to a high level and understand ENGAGE patient satisfaction process. Overall, will need to motivate hourly staff and maintain cleaning quality to a very high level. Driving client engagement and patient/employee satisfaction is essential for the success of this role.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
