The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks a Field Compliance Analyst for our IntelligentHome Regulatory & Compliance Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.


Essential Job Functions:

Audit all regulated areas of IntelligentHome


Job Requirements:
Ensure Time Warner Cable - IntelligentHome is operating in compliance with all licensing, training and permitting requirements in states assignedServe as subject matter expert for business on applicable state licensing laws, municipal permitting requirements, and residential and commercial installation practicesConduct audits of field installations to ensure proper adherence to code (where applicable) and company standardsEnsure local markets correctly maintain records of employee licensing and registration for all state / local licenses pertaining to home security and fire where requiredAudit all training records documenting attendance, course completion, and testingMaintain a thorough understanding of current and potential training requirements for the alarm and low voltage industryPartner with Training Department in periodic review of installer and sales training materials to ensure conformity with licensing requirements / industry best practices on ongoing basisPartner with New Business and deployment teams to support relevant activities when applicable.Partner with Government Affairs to assure compliance items are communicated and supported where applicable.Develop field processes to assure installation and service practices achieve compliance and regulatory requirements.Partner with Technical Operations to develop training path and programs for personnel to obtain required licenses and certificationsRepresent Time Warner Cable - IntelligentHome at regulatory and compliance meetings held at state and local levelsParticipate in state and local level industry associations and serve on industry related boards and committees as appropriateDevelop Audit Action Plan report and distribute weekly or otherwise neededCommunicate effectively with all levels within organization, outside vendors, and members of state regulatory bodiesPerform other duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications:

5 years Electronic Security Experience, knowledge of regulatory & compliance, audit experience


Education and Experience:

Associate ' s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:
Assigns, trains, schedules or oversees work of others.

Travel Requirements:

Travel 50 %
