Wireless Lifestyle is seeking an energetic and career-minded individual for an entry level customer service position in the wireless sales industry. Candidates must be a high school graduate, have a great personality, be dependable, and want a fun and rewarding career.

Wireless Lifestyle is the largest preferred Sprint dealer. Based in Overland Park, KS and founded in 2004, Wireless Lifestyle has expanded leaps and bounds over the years to open doors in 9 states and also Puerto Rico! Summary:

Your number one responsibility is to make the customer number one. The Market Floater travels to certain retail locations within the local district to provide assistance with customer experience, inventory, and service repair related duties.

While completing training to become the next Retail Sales Associate, the Floater is the Go-To associate within the market.

Duties of the Position:

• Provide an superior customer experience
• Become knowledgeable about the wireless industry, including customer trends and wireless products
• Promote wireless plans, products, and sales
• Participate in incentive programs and contest
• Travel up to 50% within the local market
• Build professional relationships with customers
• On-Going training to advance to Sales Associate position

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent GED completed program


• Great personality and communication


• Must work well in a team environment


• Flexible availability to include days, evenings, and weekends


• Ability to travel with own reliable transportation


• Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred
