Primary Responsibilities:


Research client appeals, working from oldest receipt date to the most recent receipt date

Work with Pharmacy Services and Client Services, as needed to resolve client disputes

Determine action that needs to be taken on disputes and issue the appropriate resolution

Follow up on issues submitted from other departments

Investigate pharmacy reimbursement issues

Assist in system supporting special pricing for both pharmacies and clients

Conduct pharmacy calls for new client implementations

Complete special projects as assigned by management

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to assist pharmacies and hospice customers and guide them through the dispute process

A strong sense of problem solving and communication skills

Ability to navigate and generate reports

A firm understanding of claims processing systems, Mircrosoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlok, and Access)
Asset:


Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus
