Primary Responsibilities:Provide expertise or general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claimsAnalyze and identify trends and provide reports as necessaryConsistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standardsThis position will be located in the Duluth, MN office.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED



Working Hours - Flex Start 6:00 - 9:00  M - F - Work day is between 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM




1+ year experience in a Customer Service
environment using the telephone or computer as the primary instruments to
perform job duties



Basic proficiency with computer and Windows PC
applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer
system applicationsAuthorization to work in the United States



Available to work 40 hours per week within the
operating hours of the site

Soft Skills:

Prior stable work experienceAbility to multi-task, this includes
ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within
each productAbility to remain focused and productive
each day though tasks may be repetitive
