Primary Responsibilities:

Use your operational analytical skills to design/develop, program, maintain and publish reports
Make solid recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results for both internal operations and our customers
Communicates with the business to understand business objectives and needs
Evaluates current reports and processes available to determine new report opportunities or enhancements to existing services to satisfy unmet reporting needs
Develop and deliver training to business segments for successful adoption of reports and processes
Is aware of and understands the dependencies and alignment areas that are required between the business needs and other key areas such as data processing, technical design and development, report production, training, and documentation
Demonstrates an understanding of data modeling (relationships, data types, tables, etc.) and analytics concepts (queries, reporting, association of data sources)
Interprets requirements and translates them into data requirements (interfaces, data transformation, etc.) for complex projects
Collects and interprets data from various internal and external sources; prepares and compiles
Designs and/or develops specific databases for collection, tracking, and reporting to facilitate analysis
Identifies key linkages among the various technical groups, leaders and deployment teams
Data mapping (e.g. between source and target databases; mapping screen fields to database columns)
Assist business and systems analysts with business rule and data integration
Identify data validation risks and solutions/strategies

Required Qualifications:

BA Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience performing significant data analysis and report development
Intermediate level of programming knowledge (reporting code) and of relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse
Intermediate level use of SQL
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access
