Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 3 to join our team at EMC located in Southborough MA . EMC is a prestigious account that Sodexo has partnered with for 22 years. This Fee account does a little over a million in managed volume and has 1 on-site cafe with multiple stations, and a small catering operation. In addition this account has a 1 satellite location across the street from the main building that is open from 6:30am to 3pm where we transport simply to go items.
The General Manager 3 with be responsible for all unit financials/budgets, training and developing a staff of 8 hourly associates and 1 salaried Executive Chef. Additional responsibilities include strategic planning, cash management, HR functions and customer interaction.
Position Summary
Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
