About this job
Certified Nursing Assistant provides basic patient care and assists with activities of daily living to a designated patient population under the supervision of an RN.
Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Minimum Experience: None required.
Certification/Licensure: New Hires:
Certified as a nursing assistant; or documented completion of Medical / Surgical semester from an accredited nursing program with a B average or better; or licensed as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT); or military medic (91B20).
BLS preferred, current CPR certification required. To maintain employment current CPR is required.
