Sodexo is seeking a Custodial Manager 2 -Environmental Services/Custodial for Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) in Orlando, Fl. ORMC is a large blue chip account with 675 beds and a High Paced Level One Trauma Center located in downtown Orlando. The hospital has completed major construction projects to include a new 300,000 square foot Tower. Strong emphasis on outstanding Patient Satisfaction, Culture of Safety and Diversity.
The Custodial Managers will lead a team of 25-30 employees, we are looking for someone that is very customer service oriented and high energy to lead our day shift .
The ideal candidates for this position will have solid knowledge of Sodexo ES Systems and processes including TRAKKAR, UOS, Gold Check, ENGAGE and Black Light inspections. High energy for fast paced environment. Client engagement and patient satisfaction is essential for the success of this role.
The Custodial Managers will be required to participate in a rotational schedule involving rotating weekends and holidays .

Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
