Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a General Manager to direct all Environmental Services operations for a 319 bed Resident community with skilled nursing, long term care, and medical rehabilitation services located in Saginaw, Michigan . This is a first shift opportunity and will require some weekends and holidays.
We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead, develop, and train a team of 16 hourly employees. Overall will maintain cleaning quality to a very high level. Driving client engagement and Resident/employee satisfaction is essential for the success of this role. Preferred candidates will have previous management experience in Environmental Services, Housekeeping and/or Custodial Services. Prior experience in the healthcare environment is a plus.

Directs all housekeeping operations at a single unit. Supervises all cleaning personnel. Responsible for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
