About this job

The main function of an Administrative Assistant/Contract Administrator is to support department members, taking responsibility for all clerical, administrative, business detailed duties.

Additionally, the Administrative Assistant conducts contract administration via the system Arriba, answers and screens manager's telephone calls, arranges conference calls, coordinates the manager's schedule, meetings, and travel. Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

Prefer 1-3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant

Strongly prefer experience in Contract Administration

Prefer proficiency in MS Word, and Excel

Prefer strong written and verbal communication skills
