We’re seeking A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS (CSA) and A CUSTOMER CARE REPS (CCRS) at our Annapolis location!!

What you would do:

• Promptly acknowledge customers
• Present options based on customers expressed needs while promoting special offers or programs available
• Properly invoice customers based on the services performed
• Provide world class customer service by consistently exceeding established performance goals and standards
• Accurately process service tickets and balance cash drawers at the completion of each shift
• Process transactions including cash, check, debit/credit/gift card payments accurately with strong attention to detail
• Thank every customer and answer questions about services and procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Outstanding Customer Service, interpersonal and listening skills with an outgoing attitude and ability to problem solve
• Ability to educate customers using soft sell approaches
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of direct customer interaction and cash handling experience
• Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, & written)                                

Employees who typically do well in this role have prior experience in:

Sales, retail, convenience stores, hospitality, military service, call centers, dealerships, banks and customer service.
