Providence is calling a Registered Employee Health Nurse to Providence Health & Services in Medford, OR.

We are seeking a compassionate licensed RN to provide Occupation Health and wellness services to employees and maintain accurate records of regulatory standard requirements.

In this position you will:

Obtain a health history from new hires, administer needed immunizations, provide limited first aid for injuries and illnesses, and follow-up on exposures.

Act as a wellness and health coach/counselor. Educate and refer staff to available internal and community health wellness and primary care services/resources.

Assist in reducing ergonomic hazards and promotes health enhancement activities and behavior adoption.

Required qualifications for this position include:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Oregon state.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate for Healthcare Providers.

Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN).
