2nd or 3rd Shift Area Manager Needed in Decatur - Full-time / Part-time

Automation Personnel Services is looking for an experienced manager for 2nd or 3rd shift for a Decatur Manufacturing Company! Candidate must be available to work either shift and possess the following skills and experience on resumes to be considered:
Must have experience managing a minimum of 10 people in a manufacturing environment
Experience in output, productivity and quality in a manufacturing environment required
College or Associates degree preferred, but strong manufacturing management experience required, no exceptions
Strong math aptitude
Strong work ethic
Extremely safety minded with excellent safety record
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
Team building experience
Ability to work 2nd shift 4: 00pm-12: 00am or 12am-8am Mon-Fri and overtime required
Bending, lifting, stooping required
Continual walking involved
Drug screen and background required
Pay is 40-44K DOE
