Creation Health Transportation Coordinator

Transportation / Driver / Courier The CH Transporation Coordinator is primarily responsible for the scheduling and driving of the CH van, as well as, imparting CH related information / education to the patients during mobility. High school diploma or GED required; must have a valid CDL KY motor vehicle operator license (or must be obtained within a 90 day probationary period) and 1-3 years of driving / courier experience preferred.
