Service Cloud Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

Salesforce.com is looking for talented, hardworking individuals with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive awareness for the fastest growing application at Salesforce.com, the Service Cloud. To develop and execute successful Service & Support sales campaigns for the Healthcare Industry.

The Service Cloud Sales Specialist role helps drive the value of Salesforce as a Customer Engagement Platform. The solutions focus includes use cases that leverage the Service Cloud product portfolio, including Core CRM / Case Management, Multichannel Call Center, Mobile, and Field users, Knowledge, Live Agent, Web Communities, Predictive Intelligence and related applications like the Social Hub for Social Customer Care.

The Service Cloud Sales Specialist will formulate and execute a Customer Engagement Solutions sales strategy within an assigned region, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in the enterprise space. You

will work in partnership with the existing account-owning AE's, SE's and RVP's in the regions, and will carry quota for the Service Cloud product sales in their region.

Effective partnering with Enterprise Sales AE's is critical to the role. This is accomplished by participating and leading client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required, as well as participating in regional forecast calls and account planning sessions. Accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue while creating satisfied and referenceable customers are key responsibilities within this position.

Requirements:

- Experience in working with the product marketing team to define the Service Cloud go-to-market strategy.

- 8+ years of solution sales experience selling Call Center Solutions, CRM, SaaS business applications

- Ability to sell C-Level and across both IT and business units

- Ability to sell both an application and deployment of a platform

- A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals and achieving sales quota's

Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of the unique business opportunities and solutions within the enterprise account space

- Leverage business from new & established relationships

- Extensive background in Customer Service or Call Center solutions within the Healthcare Industry

- Track record selling Enterprise software solutions

- Account planning and execution skills

- Passion and commitment for customer success

- Strong technical aptitude

- Strong time management skills

- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.

- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment

- Bachelor's Degree Strongly Preferred but not Required
