Online Personal Shopper - Part-time

We have a part-time opening for a Online Personal Shopper.

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

This position is responsible for selecting the finest groceries and other products as specified and ordered by customers, ensuring items are handled with care and special attention is given to perishable and other delicate items to minimize damage to products and maintain shelf life for our customer.

- Greet and provide assistance to customers. Model the Lund Food Holdings customer service standards at all times

- Carefully select and package orders to customer’s specifications.  Follows company guidelines to make sure proper packaging and the level of care and attention is taken when processing orders to minimize damaged and/or distressed products

- Review orders to ensure correct items are selected with special attention to detail of the order such as customer notes, weight, volume, color, flavor, size, etc.

- Notify customer of item(s) not in stock and ask if they would like a substituted item

- Immediately notify supervisor or appropriate management of issues that surface, which may impact the ability to fulfill orders on time as scheduled

- Maintain confidentiality of all e-shopping records and other related company documents, reports and information
