Responsibilities:

Position Summary:

Custodial Services Workers serves a variety of essential roles which include quality cleaning, supply deliveries, restocking utility closets, deep cleaning public area bathrooms, laundry facility and shower rooms, operating cleaning equipment along with other miscellaneous duties. Custodial Services Workers are required to maintain a safe sanitary work environment. Custodial Services Workers are also required to gain an extensive knowledge of the proper use and cleaning techniques for housekeeping equipment including but not limited to floor scrubbers, utility carts, basic hand tools, garden tools, tile cleaner, and other cleaning and maintenance equipment.

Essential Functions:

Ensure a clean, safe and pleasant atmosphere is maintained at the Campground at all times Perform any opening and closing side work as required Maintain utility storage areas and ensure they are kept clean and organized Ensure at all times that safety guidelines and company quality standards are adhered to Maintain positive attitude in high stress situations Maintain cleaning equipment -- ensure filters and containers are frequently emptied Ensure facility amenities are operating correctly and serviced frequently. (Washing machines & dryers, coin-operated showers, site hook- ups, etc.) Ensure all sites are guest ready (remove debris, remove ash from fire pits/grills, and keep property grounds well maintained.) Place cleaning supplies on correct shelves ready to be used again Keep public bathroom and laundry room floors swept and mopped at all times Public areas must be properly cleaned on a daily basis. (bathrooms, laundry room, showers, toilets, sink, drinking fountains and etc.) Maintain entrances and exterior of public buildings. (remove cobwebs in public areas, ensure outside lighting is working properly, signage is visible, etc.) Empty all trash bags and keep trash dumpster areas clean Report any safety hazards or unsafe conditions and practices to manager immediately Report to work in proper uniform Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule Other duties as assigned

Must be able to work independently and finish tasks in a timely manner Must be able to accurately carry out instructions Must be able to do repetitive tasks An attention to detail focus is vital to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained Qualifications:

Must be fluent in the English language Read and Write the English language Basic ground maintenance and cleaning service skills are preferred Must be able to work in outside in extreme heat Highly dependable
