Receptionist/Administrative Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

Must be able to work varying shift(s) per week INCLUDING weekends and holidays. You will only be working 5 days a week and some days are shortened. This can be a full-time position ideally but we are also looking for a part-time candidate. Saturday’s are a very busy day for us; hours are fluctuating depending on our business needs.

 

Compensation: based on experience to include full health benefits for full time employees.

 We are a boarding and grooming facility exclusively for cats. We are VERY busy. We have been in business since 1995. 2. Must be computer proficient; Microsoft Office - front office work; answering phones, recording reservations, filing, work on specific projects. You will be very busy and time will fly happily by! We are looking for movers and shakers! Highly motivated individuals who can work within moderate to minimum supervision fit purrfectly in our happy team!



3. Hospitable, has a generosity of soul... Ideal candidate will be warm, friendly and professional, requires patience and lots of nurturing care for our feline guests as well as their nervous parents. Strong customer service skills and likes people as well as cats, being prompt, courteous and detail oriented are all very important parts of this job.



4. Two to three plus years’ prior work experience history. This is considered an entry level position. Please send resume and cover letter with salary history in your response



5. Manages time well, ability to professionally/warmly answer phones, track online reservations, take cat pics (we will train), write emails to clients; Microsoft office knowledge preferred, fill out reports, establish great rapport with clients, spend quality time with the cats, receive inventory and supplies, manage small retail area, some marketing projects and other fun projects will fall under your umbrella. Must be a great multi-tasker, ability to juggle several different tasks at the same time while paying attention to many details. This individual will be focused and driven to complete goals accurately and on time. Very organized, very detail oriented are huge musts.



6. Must have reliable transportation. We are a fun group of very dedicated cat and people lovers! We work well individually as well as part of a strong team.
