Brandywine River Valley Home Health is now recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our team per diem.
In this role the PRN Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing processes of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. He or She will maintain a collaborative relationship, as a Partner in Care, with case management, therapeutic services, and home health aide to ensure the delivery of the highest level of patient care, consistent with our Organizational Mission .
Care will be delivered based one established clinical nursing practices and in accordance with all state,federal and accreditation guidelines. The PRN RN will perform under the direction and supervision of the clinical supervisory team and the agency director.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Certification/License: Current PA State RN License and current CPR Certification.
Experience: Two years of home health care/med surg. experience preferred.
Other: a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week and one weekend a month availability is required.
