Job Summary Administrative oversight of GME training program includes: the responsibility to interpret and assist the Program Director in the application of policies and procedures as they impact physician training. Act as the expert on ACGME policies and procedures, including the Self-Study report and visit; scheduling and acting as the ex-officio member of the Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) and the Program Evaluation Committee (PEC); working within WebADS to complete all ACGME requirements, including the Annual Program Update, running reports, etc.; and keeping up to date with any and all changes from the ACGME. Communicate with other institutions, agencies and departments regarding activities of the training program. Coordinate the administration and collection of resident, faculty and residency program evaluations, adhering to ACGME requirements. Assist residents in maintaining compliance with State licensing requirements. Coordinate activities of the CCC and PEC, including: taking minutes for the meetings and preparing documentation in accordance with ACGME guidelines and requirements. Detailed and advance planning is required to prepare for CCC meetings. On alternate years complete annual disclosure of said meetings. Maintain files and resident information to meet ACGME Residency Review Committee and the Office of Graduate Medical Education requirements; oversee entire evaluation process which includes; House Officer, rotation, faculty and program evaluations. Arrange for practice board exam in accordance with the requirements of the American Board Psychiatry & Neurology. Interface with other program coordinators to share best practices and contribute to program development and improvement.

Lead efforts in the annual resident recruitment process. Manage ERAS resident application online program. Prepare and certify annual match list. Coordinate, plan, and oversee all activities for and related to Resident Interview Day Coordinate, plan, and oversee all activities for Resident Graduation Reception. Coordinate, plan, and oversee all activities for incoming residents. Manage resident orientation processes. Order lab coats, books, business cards, and name plate magnets for incoming residents. Obtain keys and pagers for incoming residents.

Day-to-day administration of Neurology Residency Program includes the above plus: Act as the main contact for all house officers for answering questions and/or resolving problems; provide guidance to residents regarding computer issues, including use of teleconferencing system for meetings. Work within MedHub to enter house officer rotation schedules; oversee lodging of duty hours, vacation, and conference attendance. Rotate with Fellowship Coordinator to input residents' monthly on-call paging schedule. Assist in coordination of the resident didactic schedule. Event planning duties include: arrange catering, room reservations and other tasks as necessary for daily and annual events. Schedule incoming residents photos. Prepare expense reports for residents in the Travel & Expense System (Concur). Manage parking passes for residents.

Required Qualifications* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience required. Must possess demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, prioritize, manage multiple assignments, and follow through on job responsibilities is necessary. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy required. Strong office computing experience required; advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications highly desired. Proven ability to assess and handle highly sensitive and confidential matters required. Effective time management, problem solving and analytical skills are necessary; ability to consistently meet deadlines is essential.

Desired Qualifications* Bachelor's degree; at least 3-5 years of graduate medical education and 2-4 years supervisory experience; experience in credentialing house officers; P-Card management; and knowledge of UM policies and procedures preferred.
