Success in this role can lead to both short and long term career opportunities in Retail, Business Banking or Wealth Management, including, but not limited to, Universal Banker, Small Business Specialist, Licensed Banker and Branch Management.

As a Senior Teller your primary responsibilities include:

Build book of business: Proactively seek ways to develop and expand customer relationships in order to contribute towards the branch success Bring a positive energy and confidence to Citizens Bank every day. Required Skills/Experience:

1 year teller exp or equivalent

Minimum 6 months cash handling experience in a retail or banking environment

Minimum 6 months of demonstrated customer service, recommending and referring products & services

Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Excellent communication skills

Listening & Problem solving skills

Proficient in computer skills

Ability to travel for trainings or other branch locations.

Sr Teller- float positions are required to travel to designated locations within the region Preferred Skills/Experience:

Teller/Banking experience Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
