Our Sales Associates:
- SELL the benefits of the Massage Envy Wellness Membership Program to clients
- Provide excellent service to clients by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients upon arrival and processing their payments
- Assist in maintaining a professional reception area and cleanliness of the spa
- Create an exceptional experience for clients through friendly and helpful attitude
- Assist in administrative tasks including filing, file maintenance, and data entry
Requirements:
- OUTGOING and Enjoy Sales
- YOU MUST HAVE A SALES BACKGROUND to apply for this position!!!!
- CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management, and Spa staff
- Closes 35% or greater in membership sales
- Understands and applies the sales process
- Professional, responsible and dependable
- Computer literate and a fast learner
- Taking initiative to help others is highly encouraged
- Able to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including Days, Evenings and Weekends
