Little Caesars Enterprises, Inc., home of the HOT-N-READY pizza, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Administrative Assistant t o join our International team and report to the Vice President. As the Administrative Assistant to the VP of International , you will perform all administrative functions of the department including: typing, filing, copying, and organizing to keep company operations up-to-date and organized. Additionally, you will answer all direct incoming calls and takes accurate messages as necessary; Work to keep solid line of communication between colleagues; Ensure that proper phone coverage is always maintained; Coordinate travel arrangements for international colleagues; Coordinate conference schedule and schedules meetings; Maintain department attendance records and distributes payroll checks; Sort and distribute mail for company operations area; Communicate with other departments and outside contacts as needed; Assist in maintaining the professional environment and positive morale of the department and colleagues; and Oversee and maintain various projects as assigned.
Required Skills
Qualified candidates will have a High school diploma or equivalent; Two to four years office experience and or working in an executive environment; Working knowledge and skill with Microsoft office, Word, Excel and Power Point. Typing speed must be a minimum of 60 wpm; Knowledge and ability to operate a computer, typewriter, calculator, photocopy machine and fax machine; and excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor. Some college level courses in business and demonstrated executive administrative skills are preferred.
