As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse you work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a specialty area of the nursing field providing a broad range of infusion therapies in our patients' homes. Use your clinical and IV experiences, along with patient education and relationship development providing specialty infusion services. Registered Nurses with Coram CVS/specialty infusion services , have a uniquely rewarding setting to use their exceptional nursing skills. As a national leader in the home infusion field, we seek those special RNs who not only possess strong clinical expertise but the kind of deep compassion and sensitivity it takes to treat people in their homes.
In this per diem role, you will work 10-20 hours a week and see patients in Cranberry and surrounding areas.
As a Home Infusion RN you can...
* Help our patients recover after they leave the hospital with quality one-on-one visits
* Challenge your clinical skills by adding experience that focuses on a growing specialized area of nursing
* Tailor your schedule to meet yours and your patient's needs
* Enjoy the autonomy that comes from working within homecare
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong direct relationships with your patients while they are recovering or receiving routine treatments in the comfort of their homes
* Provide home infusion nursing care patients in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment and company policies and procedures
* Document patient care activity and communication with the patient, physician, and pharmacist
* Work a flexible schedule two days/week and one of these days can be a Saturday if needed/desired.

Required Qualifications * Registered Nurse with current license in state of employment. Additional licensure may be required in multi state service areas
* Minimum three years nursing experience with a minimum of one year infusion/IV experience
* Some form of homecare experience
* Must have and maintain current CPR certification
* Must possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance
* Advanced user computer skills with excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must
Preferred Qualifications * CRNI certification is a plus, but not required
Education RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing
