Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with existing franchise owners, providing key account management to top producing customers
Build business by developing programs specific to individual franchise organizations
Sales analytics experience
Provide clear communication through multiple channels to the franchise owners and stylists. Proofing skills needed
Produce educational programs to support the franchisees by working closely with vendors
Assist owners with business building ideas including national contests, incentives and events
Supervise the planning, coordination and execution of business building events throughout the United States and Canada, attending major events when necessary
Manage the product assortment and inventory for logowear and incentive items
Oversee all department specific incentive programs created to both maintain customer loyalty and build new business
Supervise Program & Sales Coordinator and Program and Event Planner
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communications skills
Presentation Skills
Strong attention to detail
Analytical skills
Proven customer service skills
Must be self-motivated and highly organized.
Experience in the hair care industry helpful, but not required
20% Travel
