General Manager - Full-time

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

• Must have 1 or more years experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Wage: 38-48K - Bonus / Paid Vacation

• Effectively conduct yourself as the Team Leader of your store
• Promote good, honest communication
• Conduct store planning and delegation of all duties
• Assure team needs are met and they are set-up for success
• Maintain accountability and accept responsibility of yourself, your staff and your store’s operations and performance
• Conduct various analysis on your store performance
• Responsible for the P&L for your store
• Coach to create opportunity for staff and store success
• Meet regularly with your team members to create and promote a clear and concise vision
• Responsible for all Interviews, hires and discipline interaction of staff in your store
• Responsible for staffing your store appropriate at all times from schedule creation to actual daily execution
• Manage customer complaints interface and resolution for your store
