Job Summary:
To ensure that all assigned guest calls or special request and completed within 15 minutes. For example, delivery of extra pillows or set-up of cribs and removal after guest check out.
Update reports in tracking system as needed
Operate Company Assigned Vehicles to Deliver Housekeeping and Laundry Supplies to the Housekeeping Staff Members and Guests throughout the Resort Property
Operate Company Assigned Vehicles to Load and Deliver Fresh Linen Items to Housekeeping Staff at Guest Units throughout the property
Pick Up Linen from Housekeeping Staff Members and return Linen to Housekeeping/Laundry Department.
May be required to assist in prepping guest units by pulling dirty linen and making beds for Housekeeping Staff.
May be required to assist picking up trash in the areas of operation and help cleaning common areas and restrooms within the department.
To continually support and improve housekeeping services that effectively address problems affecting both guests and associates.
Report maintenance opportunities.
Other duties as assigned or required such as refilling cleaning chemicals, assisting in the Laundry Department, organizing inventory, stocking shelves, and special projects as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver License Required.
Driving experience preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
Availability to work a flexible schedule including longer hours on weekends and holidays.
Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills.
Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment as well as cleaning techniques.
Moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 50 lbs)
Frequent lifting, pushing of supplies and equipment.
Prolonged standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending and kneeling.
Must be able to work independently and follow instructions regarding priorities of tasks.
Must be able to work outdoors, exposed to potential temperature extremes of heat and/or cold.
Must learn the standards for cleanliness and maintenance of all common areas inside and outside.
WVO requires the successful completion of a background check, motor vehicle check and drug test prior to employment.
