Overview:

To facilitate retail information in support of the client partners of CROSSMARK.

Responsibilities:

Gain working knowledge of the retail environment, including sales plan schedule and process requirements. Create and develop retail communications tools. Develop and execute a report schedule for CROSSMARK Client Service Managers to ensure timely delivery and proof of CROSSMARK performance results are available for use by CROSSMARK clients. Analyze retail data to generate retail successes and identify opportunities of CROSSMARK Retail Data and applicable Retail Distribution Data Systems for the clients that CROSSMARK represents. Work with syndicated data, retailer specific data, and CROSSMARK data. Participate in business reviews and annual meetings as needed. Work with all Client Service Managers, team members, and office staff in the execution of programs and carrying out Company policy and procedure. Cooperate with clients by coordinating all requests pertinent to the retail sales team with management.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Computer Skills: Proficient in use of Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ACNielsen, IRI, and Spectra a plus.

Other Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills. Possess telephone and inter-personal skills. Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work environment: Office environment.

Language Skills: English is the primary language skill, however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
