Job Description

Position Overview:

This position provides administrative support to the VP, Automotive VSS and the automotive & aerospace staffs.

Responsibilities:

- Perform day-to-day office management for Automotive & Aerospace Groups including facility issues

- Process incoming SLA agreements

- Request Internal Order Numbers

- Process GM Direct Orders

- Update Maptive

- Update and manage calendars and schedules

- Organize customer meetings and events

- Review all Vice Presidents Direct Reports: timesheets, expense reports, and PTO time

- Responsible for new-hire onboarding and provide technical assistance training on Siemens systems

- Responsible for off boarding employees in group who are exiting the company

- Ensure Automotive and Aerospace groups are using cost effective measures for travel, business events

- Organize Team Building Events

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and

Experience:

- Five to Eight years of administrative experience.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to multi-task
