CVS Health is hiring for a Specialty Pharmacy Operations --Director in our Fairfield, NJ Specialty Pharmacy. The Specialty Pharmacy Operations -- Director role is high profile, Fast paced, Growth position available for a high energy individual looking to take their career to next level. Our New Jersey Specialty Pharmacy has the privilege of executing to the highest standards in order to fulfill our performance based contractual obligations for (FEP) the Federal Employee Program. As the Specialty Pharmacy Operations --Director you will have the privilege of supporting and motivating a team of over 350 colleagues, 15 supervisors, and a Pharmacist in Charge. We are looking for a candidate with a successful background in running a business with multiple facets including motivation, support, dedication, the ability to dig deep and understand the details of how our business runs, financial performance and customer satisfaction . You will also have the ability to oversee all distribution and dispensing activity for the pharmacy as well as collaborating with other functional areas to support sales, operational and financial objectives of the specialty pharmacy services group as it relates to day-to-day pharmacy operations
You'll be a great fit in our Fortune 10 organization if you have a relentless pursuit to drive change, develop future leaders and have the potential to lead an expanding, multisite specialty operation as well as the ability to utilize strong communication skills to influence across the business and on multiple levels. Required Qualifications * 10 years of operational leadership experience in managing multiple operations, teams, and business processes in a technology or Pharmacy based environment, which includes oversight and accountability of financial budgets, financial goals and planning.
* 1 year or more of experience in working with and supporting Sales and Marketing teams to achieve sales goals for the organization.
* Must be willing to obtain all necessary out of state pharmacy licenses that may be required for the Specialty Pharmacy to dispense into all necessary states.
Preferred Qualifications Specialty Pharmacy experience is perferred
Education Verifiable Bachelors degree & Pharmacy Degree required
Clinical Licensure Required Pharmacist
