Supports the Product Knowledge Sales training design team by providing business support, including budgets, contract assistance, and day-to-day management of key project deliverables. May manage the development and implementation process of product and/or service training deliverables. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing product and/or service training and/or communication.   • Develops project plans and schedules and provides budget oversight for key initiatives for the Product Knowledge Sales training design team. Leads kick-off, training/communication reviews and other program meetings.
  • Manages contracts and vendors. Acts as a liaison between Management and vendor/partners on contract development, execution and vendor management.
  • Works with other program managers and management to identify and address cross-project dependences.
  • Conducts lessons learned exercise on key projects and initiatives and incorporates learnings/best practices into future projects.


Minimum Required
  • 2+ years' experience in organizational programs, contract management, or related area.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or program management experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with budget management, including experience with financial principles and forecasting techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and implementing medium to large programs, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of program performance.
  • 1+ year experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently. Self-starter.
  • Strong program management skills and knowledge of best practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Experience with team-based program management tools, such as SharePoint.

  • Experience in agile project management working in a competitive, fast paced environment
  • Experience supporting large cross functional projects working closely with learning and development, methods and procedures, and marketing teams.
  • Strong vendor management skills
EducationMinimum Required
  • Bachelors' Degree. Instructional Design, Education, Business, Communication or related field preferred
  • Four years of program/project management work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
