About this job

This role is for an HR (human resources) Coordinator who will be supporting the HR Manager. This person will be responsible for:

1) Onboarding new hires
2) Filing paperwork for new hires
3) Fielding benefit questions or inquiries
4) Managing payroll reports within Excel and transfer data from payroll (Payroll is currently outsourced)
5) Updating the resume and job posting database and managing the processes of resumes (Following up with managers)
6) Transfering 401k data and helping Melody with benefits information
7) Coordination of interviews

This person will also be downloading payroll data from ADP (electronic database) and handle the calculations with how much they're funding and then match them up to employees and other data.
They use Jazz (resume tool database). The HR Coordinator will be helping by posting job postings, streaming resumes to managers and following up with communication to see if resumes have been reviewed. They will be updating the system with the recruiting processes and updating statuses.
