Currently, Integrity is seeking a Warehouse Product Selector.
Earn $10 to $12 an hour to start depending on experience. This is a Temp to Hire Position. The hours of the position are 12:00 am to 8:30 am (at a minimum). It is common and expected that the candidate is available to work 30-90 minutes of overtime per day. Must have the ability and willingness to work overtime, as assigned by supervisor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, ability to lift weights 30-40 pounds frequently and 41-80 pounds often. Ability to walk, stand, reach, and squat. Ability to have visual and auditory awareness of their surroundings to prevent accidents during work tasks.
• Transfers materials and items from shipping / receiving dock to bin location or other designated area by reach lift, forklift or manual pallet jack
• Must be forklift / reach lift certified, proof of current certification is required
• Able to use and read a scale to weight product and document Catch Weights
• Must have legible penmanship
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins
• Reading Pick Tickets during the product selection process then accurately selecting products based on items that have been ordered
• Building pallets of correctly selected products, ensuring pallets are neat and organized to minimize the risk of damaging product and enable customers to unload their deliveries more efficiently
• Properly handling all products, equipment and machinery in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines
• Maintaining open lines of communication with co-workers and supervisors to ensure the warehouse is operating efficiently
• Assists other Warehouse Workers in completing tasks as requested by the Warehouse Manager and/or immediate supervisor.
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Sorts and stores perishable goods in refrigerated rooms. All job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen. INDHIGH OPENWAR QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be reliable/dependable, have an attention to detail. Attendance is of the utmost importance, tardiness will not be tolerated. Have solid math skills. Be able to follow and take direction. Be able to understand loading and selection schedules. High School graduate/GED preferred. Prior warehouse and fork lift, pallet jack experience preferred. Be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

This position maybe required to help perform other physical activities such as moving pallets, sorting product, loading trucks, reaching, and standing for long periods of time, bending repetitive arm movement or climbing.
