Client Services Representative (Outbound) - Full-time / Part-time

Our life sciences/biotechnology client in Waltham, MA is seeking 2 immediate Client Service Representatives.

Job Description:

• 150 Outbound calls per day to follow up with families seeking more info on stem cell preservation for families expecting a baby
• Document each calls, data entry
• Connect any interested parties to sales representative

Qualifiactions:

• HS Degree required, college degree preferred
• Proficient MS office skills and ability to navigate through software
• Must have great communications skills over the phone
